Obsidra supports projects from initial concept and CAD development through functional prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. Services can be used individually or combined into one complete project.
Create new models, modify existing designs, repair files, improve manufacturability, or develop a part from a sketch, photo, damaged sample, or dimensions.
Manufacture physical prototypes to evaluate fit, form, assembly, handling, appearance, and function. Revise the design as the project develops.
Create application-specific tools that make repetitive work easier, faster, and more consistent.
Manufacture small recurring batches when conventional tooling is not practical or when a product is still transitioning toward larger-scale production.
Recreate, modify, or develop application-specific parts that are unavailable, obsolete, damaged, or poorly suited to their current use.
Use resin or thermoplastic additive manufacturing for complex geometry, rapid design iteration, custom components, functional prototypes, and low-volume production.
Send the project at its current stage. Obsidra can support only the manufacturing step, help correct the design first, or manage the process from initial model to finished parts.
